Abdul-Rahman Abdullah was born at the reception desk of Port Kembla District hospital on the day Elvis died in 1977. Escaping the south coast of NSW as a newborn, he has called Perth home ever since. Abdul-Rahman is about to enter third year at Curtin University enrolled in a bachelor of fine art, a personal best in maintaining two consecutive years in the same institute.
